Interesting Storylines
An overabundance of IF/C invites and a lot of veteran arms as well. This tells me that the team as a whole isn’t happy or confident with who they have right now and want to look at all the options they can. I expect them to keep players moving all spring and getting a good look around the league for impact players
The Rangers had their hands in a lot of big names but kept falling short

Vegas Projected Wins
78.4
Man, what do I think about the Rangers, well as a Mariners fan I don’t think highly from their offseason standpoint. What happened with them not being able to get big-name free agents? I think they will hit the under on win total. I really do not think they will be competitive now or in the next couple of years.

Bold Predictions
If Joey Gallo stays healthy, he gets the strikeouts down. He could win the AL batting title.

Fact Check
An investment group headed by President George W. Bush purchased the Rangers in 1989. Bush left the team when he was elected Governor of Texas in 1994.
Hall-of-Fame pitcher Nolan Ryan recorded his 5,000th strikeout, 300th win and sixth and seventh no-hitters with the Rangers.

Interesting Story Lines
The rotation is in a rough spot- both Tim Melville and Peter Lambert are both injured and who knows if they pitch this season. The SP depth is thin

Fantasy Impact Players
David Dahl(OF), Trevor Story(SS), Charlie Blackmon(OF), Nolan Arenado(3B), Daniel Murphey(1B), John Gray(P), German Marquez(P), Wade David(P)

Vegas Win Total
74.6- 71 wins last season
I really think that this talented team hits the over. The first 6 guys in this lineup are awesome. Like it’s easy to see pitchers having a lot of problems with the top and middle of this lineup which will carry them. The rotation piece has me worried, but overall the win total is way to low for this team and I think they win at least 80 games in a 162 game season.

Bold PredictionsNOLAN ARENADO- Batting Title, Silver Slugger, Gold Glove and MVP finalist enough said!

Fact Check
Built-in 1995 Coors Field is the third oldest stadium in the National League.
The purple seats at Coors Field are a mile high. The seats in the 20th row of the upper deck at the ballpark are to mark exactly 5,280 feet. The playing field itself is 80 feet lower at 5,200 feet.
Dinger, the Rockies mascot, is a dinosaur because a dinosaur skull was found on stadium grounds while it was being built.
